Stef Ziev is a former TV executive turned sought-after executive coach, keynote speaker, TEDx speaker, and the author of the bestselling book, The Choice Is Yours: A Simple Approach to Live and Lead with More Joy, Ease, and Purpose.

With nearly two decades of experience, Stef has trained and coached thousands of C-Suite executives, visionary leaders, and entrepreneurs, supporting them to transform obstacles into opportunities, elevate their impact, grow through change, and communicate with compassion. She empowers clients to navigate transitions and take intentional action using her signature TURN Technique™️.

Before coaching, Stef spent over 15 years as an award-winning senior executive in the entertainment industry. As a Vice President at The Oxygen Network, she developed and oversaw original movies and TV series, many of which received awards, including an Emmy nomination.

 Stef studied psychology at the master’s level at The University of Santa Monica and holds a coaching certification (CLC) from Coach For Life, an Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP). She is also a certified coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF).
